After graduating with her second bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University, Jenny moved back to Lexington and continues to dabble in theater and writing while paying her bills serving up suds at a local watering hole.
She returns to the Mountain Workshops for a second year and has been "promoted" from an administrative assistant to head chef and dishwasher. Taste buds are sure to be tantalized, or traumatized, this year as she dishes out food for the masses.
